NORLUX Neuro-Oncology
NorLux is an international research laboratory in the field of Neuro-Oncology based in two countries, namely Norway and Luxembourg. NorLux represents a state-of-the art research centre with a critical mass of competitive scientists within the three major fields of biomedical research: basic science, translational and clinical research.
NorLux takes advantage of advanced infrastructures and highly developed model systems to reveal the mechanisms behind the initiation and progression of brain tumors.
A strategic agreement was made in 2003, between the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) and the Medical Faculty of the University of Bergen to establish the NorLux Laboratories.
